Store Policy
Customer should make inspection of every item purchased before accepting. BedsMart is not responsible for damage after pick-up or delivery. Defective merchandise should be returned to factory to repair under term of factory’s warranty.
Reselections, Cancellations, and Returns
All merchandise otherwise eligible for return or exchange must be in new condition as received.
Special Order Merchandise
Special orders are orders containing merchandise that is not held in regular stock and is ordered at the specific request of the customer. As such, special orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged under any circumstances once BedsMart has placed the order with the manufacturer. Customer is required to pay the balance of the purchase price upon and arrange for pick-up or delivery of the merchandise within 7 days from notification to Customer that the merchandise is available for pick-up or delivery. Customer's failure to do so shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay the entire amount owed for such merchandise.
Stock Merchandise
Stock merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pick-up subject to a 25% restocking fee and forfeit of any delivery charges. There will be an additional pick-up charge if returned by a BedsMart delivery truck. Merchandise that was a pick-up must be returned in the original wrapping or box. Stock merchandise may be cancelled up to 3 days before delivery or pick-up for a full refund.
Bedding
Mattresses and boxsprings once delivered or picked-up are not subject to return or exchange without the written return approval of the bedding manufacturer.
Pictures, Lamps, Accessories, and Area Rugs
May be returned within 48 hours for different items or a store credit. After 48 hours these items may not be returned or exchanged.
Clearance Center, Floor Samples, Tent Sale, and Warehouse Sale Purchases
This merchandise is sold "As Is" and not subject to cancellation, return, service, exchange or refund. This merchandise must be picked up within 48 hours and all sales are final.
Layaway
Customer must pay 25% deposit for the layaway item and must notify at least 4 weeks before pick up or delivery. Cancellation of the layaway will result in forfeit of the deposit.
Delays
Approximate delivery dates are based on standard manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. BedsMart cannot be held responsible for delays in transportation, fabric shortages, production, or other acts that may result in a delay of a Customer's order. Failure to deliver your merchandise by the estimated delivery date will not give Customer the right to cancel the order without the express written consent of BedsMart.
Refunds
Purchases paid by check will be refunded by check made payable to Customer and issued 14 business days from cancellation or return of merchandise and mailed to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order or may be picked up by Customer at BedsMart. Purchases paid by credit, debit card, third party financing, or gift certificate will be credited in the same form as payment was made within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. Purchases paid by cash will be refunded by check within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. BedsMart reserves the right to request such documentation as deemed necessary by BedsMart to verify the identify of persons requesting a return, exchange or refund.
Delivery Fee
Delivery charge for one trip only. No more than $50 per any amount of purchase for Sacramento area. Minimum charge is $20. Delivery charge of outside of Sacramento area is to be determined at time of purchase.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash, Visa, Master, Discovery, American Express, bank ATM cards, and cashier’s check. Personal check must be cleared before merchandise can be picked up or delivered.
